If content that you have shared is removed because of a report submitted to Noice's DMCA agent from a claimed copyright owner, and you believe this is in error, you can engage directly with the claimed copyright owner to resolve the matter.
If that does not work, or if that is not possible, and you believe the content was removed by mistale or because of misidentification you may submit a Copyright Counter-Claim to request the restoration of the removed content on Noice.
Under the DMCA, we are allowed to restore content that was removed under a copyright claim if the party submitting the original claim does not file a court action against you within 10 days of you submitting a counter-claim.
Please keep the following in mind:
- We may reject counter-claims that do not contain all the required information, or that contain inaccurate information
- Your submission should include a clear explanation why you believe the removal of the content was as a result of a mistake or a misidentification
- You should understand that submitting false claims and counter-claims can have significant legal and financial repercussions.
